Location: Ingersoll, Ontario – On-site at G&L; Printing Services

Compensation: $18–$23/hour (depending on experience)

From custom apparel to warehousing, 3PL fulfillment, and online company stores, we help brands scale through high-quality in-house production, strong systems, and exceptional customer service.

We move quick, solve problems quickly, and are constantly improving how we operate. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an Embroidery Production Associate to our embroidery department to help ensure every order is produced accurately, on time, and to our quality standards.

In this hands-on role, you will set up and operate embroidery machines, monitor production, inspect finished work, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper calibration for each project
- Load garments, fabric, thread, and other materials accurately according to design specifications
- Hoop and prepare garments for embroidery to ensure correct placement and consistent results
- Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, placement, and accuracy of embroidery designs
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized embroidery area and follow established safety procedures
- Work closely with the design and production teams to understand project requirements,



priorities, and deadlines
- Help keep embroidery jobs organized and moving efficiently through production

Qualifications

- Previous embroidery or embroidery machine operating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under production deadlines
- Good manual dexterity and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset
