This position provides support to the various positions within the department as it relates to serving our customers based on the changing work demands within the department throughout the year. It will provide customer service support to employers in areas such as, payroll assessment, clearances, and premium payments. It will also enter and process annual Employer Payroll Statements, account closures, and enters and balances employer payments.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a one year Certificate in Business (a completed degree in any discipline would be considered to meet the qualifications).
One (1) year of successful experience demonstrating the following:
- Solid customer service orientation
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and problem solving ability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Data entry skills - Proficiency with computers (typing at a rate of 30 net words per minute).
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows applications
Salary: Pay Group 5 ($50,905.40 per year starting)
