The Employment

Lawyer will advise and represent clients on a range of workplace law issues, including wrongful dismissal, employment contracts, workplace policies, and human rights matters.



Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing legal opinions, drafting pleadings, managing a busy file-load, and appearing before tribunals and courts in employment and labour-related proceedings. Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated experience in Employment Law.

Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Employment Contracts and workplace policies.

Experience handling Labour matters is considered a strong asset . Licensed to practice law in Alberta, in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
