Endpoint Support Engineer – SCCM / Windows

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting and managing Windows workstation environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft SCCM/Configuration Manager, Windows patching, endpoint remediation, troubleshooting, and PowerShell scripting.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM client/agent and Windows workstation issues.
- Support Windows endpoint patching, software deployment, updates, and remediation activities.
- Monitor endpoint health and investigate compliance, deployment, and configuration issues.
- Develop and enhance PowerShell scripts for automation, remediation, and endpoint maintenance.
- Perform manual remediation and troubleshooting for complex workstation issues.




- Analyze recurring endpoint problems and implement permanent fixes to improve reliability.
- Work closely with infrastructure, desktop support, and other technical teams to resolve incidents.

Required Skills
- 4–6+ years of experience in Windows Endpoint/Desktop Administration or Support.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager.
- Experience supporting Windows workstations/end-user endpoints rather than server environments.
- Strong experience with Windows patching, software deployment, compliance, and remediation.
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
