- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and interactive activities, providing constructive feedback
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements




- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to develop individualized learning plans and support student success
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication with stakeholders

Skills

- Proficiency in English language instruction with excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience working with children and familiarity with early childhood education principles
- Strong classroom management skills coupled with organizational and time management abilities
- Effective teaching strategies for early learners and those requiring additional support or accommodations
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons efficiently and track student progress
