Responsibilities

- Contribute to ongoing initiatives and own engineering and operational tasks from beginning to end.

- Ensure solutions meet security, supportability, and performance requirements.

- Maintain high availability, performance, and user experience.

- Provide level-3 support to investigate and identify root causes for escalated issues.

- Create, review, and maintain documentation and demonstrations of technologies, tools, and methodologies.

- Disseminate knowledge among peers and partnering support teams.

Requirements

- Deep technical understanding of Windows operating systems up to Windows 10/11/Server 2019.

- Experience with Windows 11 Intune Up-to-date Management.

- Expertise with OSD orchestration and software delivery concepts.

- Advanced scripting skills with PowerShell.

- Experience with enterprise workloads migration to the cloud,



such as network drives content to Microsoft OneDrive for Business.

- Knowledge of Windows Infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, NPS, etc.

- Strong troubleshooting mindset (e.g., parsing event logs, SysInternals tools, analyzing memory dumps).

- Experience automating workflows and providing self-service capability.

- Client/server hardware knowledge and management in an enterprise environment.

- Ability to author technical and operational management documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Windows Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot, Windows365, etc.).

- Desktop/laptop hardware knowledge, performance optimization, and management in an enterprise environment.

- Understanding of Agile principles and application.

- Experience with infrastructure systems such as Jira and ServiceNow.
