TSM Group is looking for motivated, outgoing and goal-oriented individuals to join our Ottawa sales team.

No previous sales experience is required.

We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching and real customer-facing experience to help you develop strong communication, sales and professional skills.

In this role, you’ll meet residential customers throughout Ottawa, understand their telecommunications needs and present relevant home internet, TV and wireless service options.

- Meet customers face-to-face in assigned Ottawa areas
- Understand their current services and needs
- Present relevant telecommunications products and offers
- Explain service options clearly and professionally
- Answer questions and help customers make informed decisions
- Work toward individual sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching

CompensationActive representatives typically earn $700–$1,200 per week, based on individual sales results. Your performance directly influences what you earn.

The role uses a commission-based compensation structure, which is explained clearly during the recruitment process before candidates move forward.

- Full-time availability
- Comfortable working in person and in the field
- Able to commute throughout the Ottawa area
- Strong English communication skills; French is an asset
- Comfortable speaking with recent people
- Reliable and professional
- Able to pass a background check
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
