Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) estimateur(trice) autonome, capable de prendre en charge des soumissions complètes, pour se joindre à notre équipe au bureau de Montréal.

Prendre en charge le cycle complet d’estimation des projets assignés, du relevé de quantités jusqu’au dépôt de la soumission, avec une supervision minimale • Préparer les documents de soumission et procéder aux clôtures de soumission (projets publics et privés) • Assurer le transfert de la soumission au chargé de projet au démarrage • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en estimation commerciale, industrielle ou institutionnelle; DEC en estimation et évaluation en bâtiment (Montmorency ou équivalent), un atout • Bilingue français/anglais (lecture et écriture) • Bonne connaissance des métiers de la construction, des matériaux et des méthodes • Familiarité avec les contrats CCDC/CCA : un atout • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) et d’un logiciel d’estimation (Estimateur, E-Plans ou équivalent) Poste permanent, temps plein – bureau de Montréal • Assurances collectives (médicale, optique, dentaire)

We are looking for an autonomous estimator, able to take ownership of full bids, to join our Montreal office team.
