We are currently looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join a growing collision repair facility that values quality repairs, strong leadership, modern processes, and a positive team culture.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in collision repair estimating and understands the importance of building complete and accurate repair plans that support protected, efficient, and profitable repairs.

The facility offers a clean, modern, and well-organized work environment, including air-conditioned production areas, drive-through appraisal bays, updated equipment, strong operational processes, and a team-focused culture that values professionalism, communication, and growth.

Responsibilities

- Write accurate and thorough collision repair estimates
- Perform complete repair planning and blueprinting
- Identify all required operations, parts, materials, and repair procedures
- Work closely with technicians, production staff, parts departments, and management teams
- Manage supplements and insurance communication when required
- Ensure OEM repair procedures and safety standards are properly followed
- Monitor repairs throughout production to help reduce delays and improve efficiency
- Assist with documentation, file management, and final file closing
- Support workflow organization, cycle time goals,



and overall shop performance
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the repair process

Qualifications

- Previous collision repair estimating experience required
- Strong understanding of vehicle construction and collision repair procedures
- Experience with repair planning and blueprinting
- Understanding of OEM repair procedures and safety requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with Mitchell and Audatex
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Leadership mindset and team-oriented attitude considered a strong asset
