Vendor & Subcontractor Pricing

- Source competitive pricing from manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors for each bid.
- Engage and qualify subcontractors needed to round out scope on a given opportunity.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor and subcontractor pricing records to support faster turnaround on future bids.

- Participate in client meetings as required to clarify scope or pricing assumptions.
- Support project teams during installation and closeout with cost-related information as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations to validate constructability and resourcing assumptions built into estimates.

Technical Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
