Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project bids.

Responsibilities

- estimate and preparing accurate and timely project bids
- Utilize software such as excel for construction estimating
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Collaborate with owner to develop comprehensive estimates
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

Experience:
- Proven experience in Construction Estimating
- Proficiency in excel
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively




- Familiarity with Municipal sewer and watermain projects
