NOW HIRING — COLLISION ESTIMATOR / REPAIR PLANNER Join Our Growing Collision Repair Team!

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Collision Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team.

If you have a strong understanding of collision repair, enjoy working with customers and insurance companies, and can develop accurate repair plans from teardown through completion, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate, detailed estimates
- Develop complete repair plans based on vehicle damage and OEM procedures
- Photograph and document vehicle damage
- Perform or review teardown findings and identify hidden damage
- Prepare and negotiate supplements with insurance companies
- Research OEM repair procedures and ensure repairs are properly documented
- Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and production management
- Coordinate parts requirements and identify potential delays
- Monitor repair progress and update repair plans as necessary
- Communicate repair timelines and changes to customers and insurance adjusters
- Ensure repair files are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Repair Planner, or Estimator/Repair Planner




- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures
- Experience with Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating systems
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and insurance requirements
- Strong understanding of parts, labour, refinishing, and structural repairs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license
- I-CAR or other industry certification is an asset
