We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
- Sanitate workstations and tools to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional services or retail products to clients
- Perform front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales practices is a plus
