Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the installation of batt insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, crawl spaces, and other building assemblies to reduce the transfer of heat, cold, sound, and fire.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, building plans, and project specifications to ensure quality installations.
- Ensure all insulation installations meet applicable building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Production Supervisors, Branch Management, Sales Teams, General Contractors, and other trades on site.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve installation challenges or site-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare job sites by protecting finished surfaces, and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Perform post-installation site clean-up and ensure work areas are left neat, organized, and free of debris.
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, aerial work platforms, and other equipment while working at heights.
- Complete required documentation,



including our automated service programming (Field Service Lightning (FSL)) entries, job notes, photos, and other digital records using a company-issued or personal mobile device.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through skilled communication, workmanship, and attention to detail..
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ongoing training programs.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain company and customer property in a safe and respectful manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Working knowledge of applicable building codes and insulation standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle insulation materials and equipment safely.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights.
- Possess and maintain all required safety certifications and documentation.
- Must supply and maintain personal hand tools and equipment required for the position.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for travel to and from job sites.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
