Job Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Cabinet Production Technician to join our talented team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming detailed blueprints into beautifully crafted cabinetry and woodwork. Your expertise in woodworking, carpentry, and construction techniques will ensure each project meets our high standards of quality and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in custom wood manufacturing.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide cabinet fabrication and assembly
- Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, sanding, and finishing wood components
- Assemble cabinet parts with precision, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and finish quality
- Install cabinetry and related millwork on-site or within the shop environment using appropriate techniques
- Perform woodworking tasks such as rebar installation, drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, and roofing as needed for project completion




- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
- Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate material measurements and labor estimates

Requirements

- Proven experience in cabinet manufacturing or woodworking with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for complex projects
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment
- Knowledge of construction materials including drywall, masonry, rebar, siding, roofing materials, and caulking techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling and installation tasks
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices for project planning and resource allocation
- Excellent carpentry skills with experience in woodworking, cabinetry installation, plumbing basics, electrical knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
