Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, window cleaning, and replenishing supplies to maintain a pristine environment.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or fixing minor fixtures to support overall building upkeep.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health & safety guidelines to ensure compliance with organizational standards.




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel for swift resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are covered efficiently.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to custodial work.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Nice-to-have: certifications in cleaning or facilities management; familiarity with environmental health standards.
