We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our residential cleaning team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a solid eye for detail, works efficiently, and understands what it takes to leave a home genuinely clean—not just surface-level tidy.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough residential cleaning of houses, apartments, and other homes.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, baseboards, doors, and fixtures.
- Vacuum and mop floors using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, counters, and other bathroom surfaces.
- Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, sinks, and backsplashes.
- Empty garbage and replace liners.
- Clean mirrors, glass, and other visible surfaces.
- Make beds and perform general tidying when requested.
- Pay close attention to high-touch and frequently overlooked areas.
- Identify areas that require additional attention and communicate with management when necessary.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Properly use cleaning products and equipment.
- Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and personal property.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or unusual situations found inside a client's home.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience preferred.




- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper residential cleaning techniques.
- Experience using common cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from cleaning appointments.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning checklists.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
