We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Experienced Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining balanced registers
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed according to health regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and resolving any concerns promptly
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality or guest experience

Skills

- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tipping, and inventory purposes
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences
