We’re looking for experienced servers who want to join a high-performing team that strives to be the best it can be every single day.

Serving at Pizza Culture should not be your first serving position. This is a consistently busy, high-volume restaurant, and previous full-service serving experience is required.

The Position

Our servers combine speed, accuracy, strong food and wine knowledge, teamwork, and a high degree of focus on hospitality.

The successful candidate must be able to manage a busy section while remaining warm, composed, organized, and attentive.

Responsibilities

- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive hospitality. Guide guests confidently through our pizza, food, wine, beer, and cocktail offerings. Discuss wine comfortably and make thoughtful pairing recommendations. Develop a strong understanding of our Italian wine program and menu. Take orders accurately and enter them promptly. Manage a busy section efficiently throughout service. Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables without being prompted. Monitor timing, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Communicate clearly with the kitchen, expo, support, and management teams. Support other servers and assist throughout the dining room when needed. Process payments accurately. Complete all assigned opening, side work, cleaning, and closing responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For




- Previous full-service restaurant serving experience is required. Experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of wine, including the ability to discuss styles and recommend pairings. Genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of guests. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Able to manage sustained volume without sacrificing accuracy or warmth. Dependable, punctual, skilled, and prepared for every shift. Team-oriented and willing to help beyond your assigned section. Receptive to coaching and committed to continuous improvement. Interested in contributing to a focused, high-performing team. Valid Alberta ProServe certification. Regular evening and weekend availability is required.
