We currently have an opening at our Feed Mill on Topsail Road for an Operator.



This is a full time unionized position starting at $26.08 per hour which also includes benefits such as a cost shared group insurance plan, matched pension plan, virtual health, employee assistance program and various paid leaves.

The successful applicant will support Feed Mill operations by completing laborer and warehousing duties, packaging and assisting with general maintenance. They may also be trained for other Operator roles such as mixing ingredients for various animal feeds using a computerized process flow batching and grinding system.

Candidates must have completed high school or equivalent. Previous experience working in a production workplace would be preferred but is not required. This position will involve lifting bagged feed and occasionally working from heights.
