We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service, taking orders accurately, and assisting in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.




- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
