Insight Global is hiring for a Field Service Representative to join one of our clients for a full-time position. As a Field Service Representative, you will act as the primary technical support contact for customers, supporting aircraft manufacturers, operators, and airlines with troubleshooting, repairs, component replacements, retrofit activities, and operational issues related to landing systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Program teams to resolve technical challenges, document service interventions, coordinate tooling and spare parts, and provide hands-on support at customer sites, requiring participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to meet customer schedules and operational demands.



5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and other technical documentation Solid knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems Experience working with technical reporting systems Valid Passport and ability to travel internationally if required Licensed AME or equivalent French language skills We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
