Finance Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and support client account management within our high-volume sales office. You will oversee financial planning, reporting, and daily transactions while serving as a trusted financial partner to internal teams and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company growth goals to maximize sales margin and operational efficiency.
- Oversee all financial reporting, accounts ledger activities, order entry lookups, and variance analysis using Sage 300, ensuring complete accuracy and timely reporting.
- Serve as a core commercial interface to negotiate terms with vendors, and clients, ensuring mutually favorable agreements and strong business relationships.
- Analyze sales data, product margins, and commercial trends to identify growth opportunities, cost optimizations, and risks.
- Lead day-to-day accounting and administrative functions, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies while maintaining high standards of cross-departmental support.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant tax laws,



financial regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Hands-on experience with Sage 300 (ACCPAC) and Quickbook for financial reporting, data exports, and commercial accounting workflows is required.
- Proven track record in commercial negotiations, vendor management, and contract review.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, margins, and financial trends quickly and accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational leadership skills to direct daily accounting activities and support a fast-paced sales team.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting/ Finance

Required Experience:

- Over 10 years experience in handling full set of books and tasks (include but not limited to AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Robust experience with financial systems and ERP software
- Proven ACCPAC 5.2 / SAGE 300 ERP experience and Quickbook
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Inventory Accounting: 3 years (required)
