Compensation

- $125,000 – $135,000

Position Description

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership within the production environment, combined with the proven ability to guide and nurture a diverse team of production personnel. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and productive production processes. This includes managing a team of production personnel, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced production setting,



using their leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop their team.

Experience

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor.
- Ensure safety and efficiency of all production processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production personnel.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to meet company standards and objectives.
- Coordinate with other departmental managers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to prevent delays.
- Continuously monitor and report on production performance and progress.

Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience within a print or packaging workplace is required.
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role is required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong emphasis on coaching and development.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast‑paced setting.
