Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct account reconciliation and account analysis to verify data integrity across various accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or other ERP systems.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and timely execution.
- Develop and monitor budgets,



providing insights to support strategic planning and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls through meticulous record-keeping and audit readiness.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role with extensive knowledge of accounting principles.
- Hands-on expertise in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong background in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation and detailed account analysis accurately.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills combined with proactive problem-solving abilities to optimize financial workflows.
