About the Opportunity

Fortress Financial Group is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Saskatoon.

This is an prospect for someone who wants to build a career in financial services and develop a strong, long-term book of business. We are also open to candidates with a successful background in sales, business development, or other client-facing roles who are looking to transition into the financial services industry.

You’ll have the support of an experienced team handling research, compliance, and operations, allowing you to focus on building relationships, developing new business, and serving clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop a book of business
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Assist clients with financial planning and investment solutions
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and needs
- Work collaboratively with experienced advisors and our internal support team
- Take initiative in developing new business opportunities and contributing ideas to the growth of the practice

Qualifications & Skills
- CIRO licensed, holds the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) designation, or willing to obtain the required licensing




- Previous experience in financial services, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable meeting new people and developing relationships
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term career
- Professional, organized, and committed to providing an excellent client experience
