Job Summary
Lead the Flight Control Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting aircraft development, integration, testing, and certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead FCS IPT activities, technical delivery, schedule, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive flight control architecture, control law development, flight dynamics, and system integration.
- Support MIL/SIL/HIL, ground, flight, and certification activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, customers, and program stakeholders.
- Manage technical risks, requirements, interfaces,
and engineering deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of aerospace/aviation experience.
- Flight Control Systems and aircraft NPD experience.
- IPT/cross-functional engineering leadership
- Control Law Development and Flight Dynamics experience
- MATLAB/Simulink.
- ARP4754A/ARP4761.
Work Requirements
On-site in Montreal, Quebec. Candidates must meet applicable Canadian employment and work authorization requirements.
