We are looking for a Florist Designer & Shop Assistant who can combine creativity and floral design skills with excellent customer service and general flower shop responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Creating beautiful bouquets, floral arrangements, centrepieces, and custom designs
- Designing flowers for everyday occasions, birthdays, sympathy arrangements, weddings, and special events
- Helping customers choose the perfect flowers and arrangements
- Taking customer orders in person and over the phone
- Preparing and caring for fresh flowers
- Cleaning, conditioning, trimming, and organizing flowers
- Assisting with wedding and event flower preparation and setup
- Creating attractive displays and helping keep the shop beautiful and welcoming
- Receiving flower and supply deliveries
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Assisting with general daily flower shop operations

What We're Looking For:
- Previous floral design experience
- A creative eye for colour, style, and design




- A genuine love and knowledge of flowers
- Friendly and confident customer service skills
- Someone reliable, responsible, and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Willingness to learn and develop new floral design skills
- Availability for busy holiday periods when required

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Experience: Floral design experience is preferred, but passionate and creative candidates with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
