Duties
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and supplies, packing orders for pickup
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for retail sales, cash handling, and processing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Operate Quickbooks to create sales order, invoices, payments and other tasks
- Maintain attractive displays through merchandising, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing
- Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing warehouse storage areas,
- Handle inbound deliveries and outbound shipments with attention to detail to ensure proper storage and tracking of floral products
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly in English and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members effectively
- Experience with POS systems & QuickBooks, cash handling, and retail sales processes
- Knowledge of flowers is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills
