Position Overview

Arlo Wine & Restaurant is seeking a friendly and dependable Food Attendant to help keep food service organized and welcoming throughout each shift. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a guest-focused environment, pays attention to presentation, and can work smoothly between the dining room, service areas, and kitchen team.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests and provide helpful assistance throughout their visit
- Support food and beverage service with accuracy and attention to timing
- Deliver prepared dishes to the correct tables and service areas
- Check orders for completeness and presentation before serving
- Assist guests with basic questions about menu items and available selections
- Communicate allergies, dietary requests, and special instructions to the appropriate team
- Clear used dishes and help reset tables efficiently
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Restock plates, cutlery, napkins, glassware, condiments, and other supplies
- Assist servers and kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Help maintain an productive flow between food preparation and table service
- Support basic food-service preparation and setup when required
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, cleanup, and other daily restaurant tasks

Qualifications
- Previous food-service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset




- Friendly and professional approach to guests

About Arlo Wine & Restaurant Arlo Wine & Restaurant offers a welcoming dining atmosphere where food, wine, and thoughtful hospitality come together. The Food Attendant helps support a smooth guest experience by keeping service areas prepared, assisting with food delivery, and working closely with the restaurant team throughout each service.

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
