Wave Sports Inc is looking for an experienced Food Services Manager to lead our food service operations at our Burlington, Ontario facility.

- Location: Burlington, ON (L7M 1H5)
- Position: Food Services Manager
- Employer: Wave Sports Inc.
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Salary: $39.00/hour
- Work Location: On-site only (no remote work available)
- Budgetary Responsibility: $100,000 - $500,000

Responsibilities Include:✅ Developing budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies

✅ Evaluating daily operations

✅ Modifying food preparation methods and menu pricing according to budget

✅ Monitoring revenues, labour costs, and staff performance

✅ Planning and organizing daily operations

✅ Recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling staff

✅ Conducting performance reviews

✅ Controlling food and service costs

✅ Organizing and maintaining inventory

✅ Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed

✅ Negotiating with food and beverage suppliers





✅ Addressing customer concerns and providing excellent customer service

✅ Leading and directing daily food service operations

QualificationsWe're looking for someone with:

- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of related experience
- Smart Serve certification
- Experience with electronic cash registers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

- Ability to work under pressure

Additional Requirements

- Own vehicle preferred
- Public transportation is available
- Supervision of a team of 3–4 people
