Full-Time Store Supervisor – Pizza Pizza (Downtown Vancouver)

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead staff during daily shifts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Open and close the store according to company procedures.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items while maintaining food quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering and receiving.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate delivery and takeout operations efficiently.
- Ensure labour targets and operational standards are met.




- Assist management in achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor or team leader in the pizza making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain it).
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Day, evening, and weekend availability required
- Full-time (approximately 35–40 hours per week)
