Geo Grout Inc. is looking for an experienced, hands-on Foreman to lead crews performing specialized pressure grouting for concrete flatworks and underground utility maintenance.

Our projects involve pressure grouting, contact grouting, void filling, infrastructure rehabilitation, and concrete-related work. We are looking for someone with a strong construction background who understands concrete structures, has confidence in managing smaller crews of workers, can operate and troubleshoot equipment, and takes ownership of a project from setup through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and supervise crews on active construction sites
- Plan and organize daily manpower, equipment, materials, and work activities
- Lead pressure grouting, contact grouting, and void-filling operations
- Coordinate drilling, grout mixing, pumping, injection, and cleanup activities
- Set up and operate grout pumps, mixers, hoses, packers, compressors, and related equipment
- Monitor and record grout pressures, injection volumes, material quantities, and site conditions
- Adjust grouting operations based on field conditions and project requirements
- Understand concrete structures and determine appropriate drilling and grouting locations
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Complete daily reports, grouting records, safety documentation, and material tracking
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment and site issues
- Maintain production while ensuring work meets project specifications and quality requirements
- Train and mentor crew members in grouting procedures, equipment operation, and safe work practices
- Operate company trucks, equipment, and tools as required

What We’re Looking For

Required:

- Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence
- Strong knowledge and confidence with concrete structures and flatworks
- Previous Foreman, Lead Hand,



or construction supervisory experience
- Ability to lead and organize a construction crew
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong understanding of construction safety and job-site procedures
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for site operations

Strong Assets:

- Experience in concrete/flatworks construction/maintenance
- Pressure grouting experience
- Contact grouting experience
- Void-filling or structural grouting experience
- Concrete repair and rehabilitation experience
- Experience operating grout pumps, mixers, compressors, and drilling equipment
- Experience completing detailed field and production reports

Compensation Starting wage: $30.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability. Overtime paid out each pay period.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front. This is not a position where you simply supervise from the sidelines. Our Foremen are expected to understand the work, operate equipment, solve problems in the field, and keep their crews working safely and efficiently.

Previous specialty grouting experience is a strong asset, but we will consider experienced concrete and civil construction Foremen who have the right leadership skills, mechanical ability, and willingness to learn specialized grouting operations.
