Cavendish Farms seeks a Seasonal Forklift Operator for a short period of 3-4 weeks, working 10-14 hours per day. The start date is planned for mid-September, subject to weather conditions. As a key member of the Farm Team, you'll safely operate forklifts and ensure the efficient handling of materials.

Regular maintenance and inspection of machinery are essential duties, and the role includes a performance bonus up to $2.5 per hour. You’ll also work to maintain a safe environment at our Chapman Settlement facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate the forklift during your shifts
- Conduct machinery inspections and maintenance
- Move pallets and boxes in confined spaces
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist in maintaining an orderly facility

Requirements:

- Forklift operation experience; license is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Available for extended work hours, evenings, and weekends
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team
- Solid attention to detail and multitasking skills
