What You’ll Do
Warehouse & Material Handling
- Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections
- Safely operate counterbalance forklift and other material handling equipment
- Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the yard
- Load trusses (big and small) on delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient yard area
- Accurately pick and ensure orders are accurate and complete
- Stage orders for delivery.
- Prioritize tasks to keep products moving efficiently
- Identify and resolve inventory, order, or material handling issues
- Support other warehouse and yard activities as required
What You Bring
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience (preferred)
- Experience in building materials, lumber, distribution,
or a similar environment (an asset)
- Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
