Malhi Framing is a growing framing and custom home building company based in the GTA, looking for an experienced framing carpenter to join our crew. We work on residential framing and custom home builds across the region and need a skilled tradesperson who can work independently and help lead junior crew members on site.

Responsibilities:

- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and stairs on residential job sites from blueprints
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and building plans accurately
- Lay out and install structural framing components to code
- Operate power tools and framing equipment (nail guns, saws, levels, etc.)
- Ensure framing is square, plumb, and meets quality standards
- Mentor and guide less experienced labourers on site
- Coordinate with site supervisors on daily production goals
- Follow all site safety protocols

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of framing carpentry experience (residential)
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and building codes




- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own basic hand tools required
- Able to lift 60+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA
- Valid driver's license an asset
- This is a non-union position
