On automatise ce qui vous ralentit. Bloop est une firme canadienne qui conçoit et bâtit des systèmes sur mesure : architectures Airtable, automatisation de processus, flux de travail IA et implantations CRM, pour des clients partout au Québec en finance, marketing,éducation et droit.

Chaque mandat commence par une phase de découverte et de cartographie des processus, ensuite on construit des systèmes optimisés.

Le rôle

On cherche un seul freelance Airtable pour travailler avec nous sur des mandats clients. Tu seras impliqué de la conception des processus jusqu'à la livraison, pas seulement à l'exécution d'un devis technique.

La majorité de nos clients opèrent en français. Tu seras en ateliers, en appels et en rédaction de documentation dans les deux langues.

Ce sur quoi tu vas travailler

- Architecture Airtable : modèles de données, interfaces, automatisations, scripting
- Automatisation de processus en opérations, ventes, finance et administration
- Intégrations entre les outils clients (CRM, facturation, formulaires, signature électronique et le reste de leur stack)
- Ai Workflow, intégrés aux systèmes existants

Ce qu'on recherche

- Expérience Airtable approfondie. Tu as bâti des systèmes dont des équipes dépendent, pas juste des bases
- Français et anglais courants (français natif ou bilingue requis)
- Capacité à comprendre des processus d'affaires et à animer des rencontres de collecte de besoins avec les clients
- À l'aise pour traduire un problème d'affaires flou en un système clair
- Communication écrite claire et discipline pour documenter ce que tu construis

Atouts





- Expérience en consulting : découverte client, cadrage de mandat, gestion des parties prenantes
- Maîtrise/Expérience sur Make, n8n ou Zapier en complément d'Airtable
- Expérience avec des outils IA (Claude, OpenAI) dans des flux en production

The role

We're looking for one freelance Airtable builder to work alongside us on client projects.



You'll be involved from process design through delivery, not handed a spec and told to execute.

Most of our clients operate in French. You'll be in workshops, on calls and writing documentation in both languages.

What you'll work on

- Airtable architecture: data models, interfaces, automations, scripting
- Process automation across operations, sales, finance and admin
- Integrations between client tools (CRM, billing, forms, e-signature and the rest of their stack)
- AI powered workflows built into existing systems

What we're looking for

- Deep Airtable experience. You've built systems people depend on, not just bases
- Fluent French and English (native or bilingual French required)
- Able to understand business processes and run business requirements meetings with clients
- Comfortable translating a messy business problem into a clean system
- Explicit written communication and the discipline to document what you build

Nice to have

- Consulting background: client facing discovery, scoping, stakeholder management
- Make, n8n or Zapier depth alongside Airtable
- Experience with AI tooling (Claude, OpenAI) inside production workflows
