Role Description This Freelance Sales Skin Care Specialist role is a contract, on-site position based in Saskatoon, SK. The specialist will represent Caudalie in retail environments, providing personalized skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and recommendations aligned with brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving product sales, building strong customer relationships, maintaining visually appealing displays, and ensuring accurate product merchandising.

The role also involves educating customers and retail staff on Caudalie’s products, ingredients, and brand story,



while meeting sales targets and reporting activity and results to the regional or account manager.

Qualifications

- Experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics sales, with strong product knowledge and the ability to provide tailored skincare advice.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage clients, build trust, and create a welcoming in-store experience.
- Sales and merchandising abilities, such as meeting sales goals, managing product displays, and supporting promotional activities.
- Transparent verbal communication skills, with the capacity to educate customers and retail staff about brand values, ingredients, and product benefits.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a contract schedule, report results, and work independently on-site.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or esthetics is an asset; skincare certification or esthetics training is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform in-store demonstrations; availability to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods as needed.
