Company Description TCF-TEF Canada : Felix Pack, part of Felix Academy, is a specialized French language and exam preparation platform focused on helping learners achieve target scores in the TCF and TEF exams. The academy offers live online classes with native French-speaking trainers who provide personalized guidance, pronunciation support, and exam-oriented coaching.

Training covers all four exam sections with targeted exercises and realistic practice using past exam series. Learners receive detailed corrections to identify weaknesses, build confidence, and improve performance.

Role Description The French Teacher role at TCF-TEF Canada : Felix Pack is a full-time, on-site position based in Yaoundé. The teacher will deliver structured French lessons and exam-focused training for TCF and TEF candidates, covering listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching small groups and individual learners, correcting assignments and mock exams, providing detailed feedback, and supporting students in exam strategies and time management. The role also involves adapting teaching materials to different proficiency levels,



tracking learner progress, and collaborating with the team to improve course content and teaching methodologies. The teacher is expected to maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and consistent practice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in French Teaching and Tutoring, with the ability to support learners at various levels preparing for TCF and TEF exams.
- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment of learner progress.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in Teacher Training, contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching practices and methodologies.
- Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and valuable command of English for explanation and support.
- Relevant degree or diploma in French language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience preparing learners for standardized language exams (TCF, TEF, DELF, DALF or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and feedback skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
