Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in food service environments.

This position offers an prospect to develop your skills in customer service, food handling, and restaurant operations within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive;
- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members;
- Serve food and beverages;
- Clear,



properly clean and set tables between uses;
- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner;
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experiences;
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor -Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
