Role: FRTB Project Management Officer (IMA)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: June 2027 (Possible Extension/Conversion)

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Program Manager to join the central Program Management Team and drive the execution of complex regulatory, risk, control, and transformation initiatives across Global Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PMO and program governance for Capital Markets/FRTB initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations are effectively managed.

Partner with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, Product Control, and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Drive target-state design, process/control implementation, stakeholder alignment, and governance approvals.

Provide clear and insightful updates to senior management and governance forums.

Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Support business transformation and ensure sustainable, functional solutions across workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of relevant Capital Markets experience, with strong program/project management expertise.

Proven experience delivering Markets transformation, regulatory, risk, audit, or control initiatives.

Robust understanding of FRTB, Trading Book/Banking Book Boundary, Covered Positions,



and Internal Risk Transfer (IRT).

Knowledge of FICC/Markets products, derivatives trading, risk and P&L; flows.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, influence global stakeholders, and drive strategic change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL/Excel experience is a plus.
