What we're looking for

Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases

LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks

Azure AI Services and Databricks

AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI-SDLC

AI architecture, solution design, and prototyping

Experience building enterprise AI applications

Solid software engineering fundamentals

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered applications and agentic workflows

Identify and evaluate AI opportunities and use cases

Define AI architectures, patterns, and best practices

Build integrations with enterprise platforms, tools, and data sources

Develop prototypes, PoCs, and production-ready AI solutions

Drive AI governance, AI-SDLC, and Responsible AI practices

Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams

Provide technical leadership, solutioning, and innovation
