We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer focused individual to oversee the day to day operations of our repair department while delivering an exceptional retail experience to our clients.

This role combines repair coordination and management with client service and sales all in one exciting chance. The successful candidate will have strong organization skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include

- Assisting customers with purchases and or repairs
- Working with store manager to develop product knowledge and complete sales
- Jewellery & watch sales, watch repairs, repair intake
- Daily organization, paperwork and quality control of customer repairs
- Setting up and taking down the store
- Working as a team with your coworkers to ensure customer care
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store
- Answering phones, sending emails and text messages to customers

Skils:





- Excellent relationship building skills (with customers and coworkers)
- Excellent verbal and writing communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- A team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications

- High school diploma, post-secondary education an asset but not required
- Previous work experience an asset

Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
