Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and digital payments.
- Conduct product demos when needed to highlight features and benefits, supporting upselling opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding store products, promotions, and policies in multiple languages if applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and minimal wait times.




- Uphold excellent communication skills through clear phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions with customers and team members.

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising principles, and retail sales techniques is advantageous.
- Experience in technology sales or product demos can enhance your ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
