Full time handyman required for property management company that provides service to residential and commercial tenants. Must be willing able to manage multiple maintenance work orders per day at multiple properties.
Knowledge required
- plumbing repair (toilets, sinks, faucets) -electrical (basic) -wall repair (drywall, patching, painting) -flooring -doors / lock changes -some mechanical (hvac, boiler, refridgerator, stove).
- groundskeeping (lawn, parking lot) -small engine knowledge (lawnmowers, trimmers etc) G license mandatory. Own tools required. Vehicle helpful; fuel/mileage reimbursed. Please send resume and pay expectations.
