Summary

Looking for either full-time optometrist or a locum to join our busy private practice in the beautiful Shuswap area of BC.

We need a maternity leave coverage from July 2026 to March 2027. This would be a great way to check out the office and city before committing! A full time position could be possible after the maternity leave.

Right on the Trans-Canada Highway, Salmon Arm boasts beautiful lakes, mountains, trails for biking and hiking and a family focused workplace. Located approximately an hour and a half from both Kamloops and Kelowna,

We are looking for an associate or locum to work up to 4 days a week in our independently own clinic that has been operating for 50 years in our community. We focus on exceptional patient care in a fun and busy setting. Our new associate will be working out of two exams lanes and enjoy fully pre-tested patients.

We pride ourselves with having advanced technology including: ARK, i-care tonometry, Humphreys visual field, Optomap retinal imaging, Myah Optical Biometer and Corneal Topographer, and Revolution EHR. We offer competitive wages, yearly minimums and a signing bonus.
