Core Responsibilities

- Medication preparation: Assist pharmacists in the accurate preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications, including preparation of blister packs
- Customer Excellence: Warmly greeting patients (in-person and over the phone). Provide helpful service to all patients, ensuring every patient feels heard, cared for, and supported throughout their health journey. Handling prescription and OTC pickup and purchases.
- Maintenance: Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels,



including shelving products and processing incoming orders efficiently.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain precise patient records and filing systems in strict accordance with privacy regulations.

What We’re Looking For

- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required to effectively serve our diverse patient base.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with pharmacy software; experience with Kroll is preferred
- Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic environment.
- Ethics: A deep commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and high professional standards.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
