Full-Time Sales Associate & Shipping/Order Fulfillment The Flag Shop is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on position that combines retail sales, customer service, and shipping/order fulfillment. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing customer service with preparing and shipping orders.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Answer customer questions in person and by phone
- Process sales and customer orders accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
- Create shipping labels and ensure orders are packaged correctly
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise
- Restock and maintain product displays
- Help maintain accurate and organized inventory
- Keep the retail and shipping areas clean and organized
- Assist with other day-to-day store duties as required

Qualifications




- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and qualified
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning point-of-sale and shipping systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling packages associated with shipping orders
- Previous retail, customer service, sales, warehouse, or shipping experience is an asset
