In this role, you will oversee the entire funeral process, from initial arrangements to final disposition, ensuring families receive respectful and personalized support during their most difficult moments. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create meaningful experiences for families while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and conduct funeral arrangements with families, offering guidance and support throughout the planning process
- Lead funeral services, ensuring they are conducted with dignity, respect, and professionalism
- Manage logistical details including transportation, preparation of remains, and coordination with vendors and service providers
- Assist families with legal documentation, permits, and necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with regulations
- Engage in sales activities by offering additional services or products that meet families’ needs while maintaining ethical standards
- Perform heavy lifting when handling caskets, equipment,



or supplies safely and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all services provided, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
