We're a family-owned CNC machine shop in Edmonton, specializing in precision parts for the oil and gas industry. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking general laborer to join our team and help keep the shop running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of the shop. You'll help with shop upkeep, material handling, and general support wherever it's needed - a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

- Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Move and organize materials, parts, and supplies
- Assist machinists and other staff with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Help with general maintenance and shop upkeep
- Take direction well and pitch in wherever the shop needs support that day

- Reliable — shows up on time, every time
- Hardworking and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving materials)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No prior machine shop experience necessary — we'll train the right person
